The small but mighty kitchen brigade at the Latemar always strives to present you with the best from our region. Regionality and freshness are our top two criteria.
Simplicity and quality are the keystones of our cuisine, which offers Mediterranean specialities as well as South Tyrolean classics such as dumplings, ravioli with spinach and ricotta filling, or beef goulash – and every once in a while something completely different.
We just think it’s important to know where the food on the table comes from, and we are sure that you will agree. And we are all the more delighted when it tastes as good as it does at the Latemar.
